Snatch downloads single YouTube videos and Shorts as MP4 files, up to 1080p when YouTube makes that quality available, or as 192 kbps MP3 audio. Links from youtube.com and youtu.be both work.
YouTube changes often, so Snatch tries several methods automatically and keeps its downloader up to date. Playlists and channels are not supported; paste the link of one video at a time.
In YouTube, tap Share and choose Copy link.
Paste the link and pick Video or Audio (MP3), then download.
The file is saved to My Library and plays offline.
Up to 1080p when YouTube provides it. Some videos are only available in lower quality, and Snatch then saves the best it can get.
